Since 2018 Fiona has run the PR for Cluttons UK & International residential offices, positioning them as market leaders in central London and European residential property. Fiona secures regular and impactful coverage across the UK media for Cluttons expert agents and properties for sale.
As a result Cluttons is consistently featured in key titles such as The Times Bricks & Mortar, The Sunday Times Home, Financial Times House & Home, The Telegraph and The Evening Standard. Fiona handles the day to day press office and works on projects including new residential development launches, new markets, office openings and research campaigns.
As PR consultant to B Corp certified, purpose-driven flexible workspace specialist x+why, Fiona was tasked with establishing their brand as a leader within the flexible workspace market and their vision to change the way the world works for good.
As well as handling the day to day press office for x+why, Fiona is assisting them with the launch of their Mission Lit programme and book, an entrepreneurs toolkit for building companies that will own the future.
Fiona is working with Paris based YRSA Communications to manage the launch of Bay House, the centrepiece of Testimonio II, Monaco’s largest real estate project.
Set for completion in 2024, Bay House will include 61 residences designed with families in mind and Monaco’s first rooftop villas. It is being built by Groupe Marzocco, the Monegasque developers who are behind the world’s most expensive penthouse apartment within Tour Odéon.
Fiona assists market leading luxury travel PR agency BIRD as their real estate specialist. She is currently working with them on the award-winning luxury resort brand Soneva, to promote the sales of their villas at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani in The Maldives to the UK media.
A further current collaboration with BIRD is Cap Karoso, a pioneering island destination on off-the-radar Sumba in the Indonesian archipelago. The eco-conscious resort is launching in autumn 2022 and Fiona is promoting the 20 private villas available for sale.
Fiona assists alpine ski property specialist Giles Gale to secure UK and European media coverage for his extensive portfolio of high quality property in Austria, Switzerland and France. Fiona has positioned Giles as the ‘go-to’ ski property expert with unrivalled knowledge of the European market.
As a freelance PR consultant for luxury property brand builders Ebury Communications, Fiona has worked on campaigns for international property consultancy Athena Advisors, Six Senses Kaplankaya in Turkey, The Abama Residences in Tenerife, London property developer Thackeray Group and Lancer Square on Kensington Church Street.
Recently voted Best Real Estate Agency in Europe, Lucas Fox has 19 years of experience in selling the finest properties in Spain, Andorra, France and Portugal to a wide range of international clients. As well as assisting with the day to day press office activities Fiona has been tasked with launching Lucas Fox's new Mallorca office and their expansion to the US through a strategic partnership with Fortune International.
The first international destination from US brand Pendry Hotels & Resorts, will feature 74 newly designed beachfront guest rooms, and 46 luxurious residences around a private marina in Barbados. Fiona is assisting with both marketing and PR efforts to raise awareness of the project and the Pendry brand across the UK.

Fiona handles the UK PR for the residential offering at Costa Navarino Residences, a sustainably driven destination in the Messinia region of Greece’s south-west Peloponnese.

The freehold luxury villas and apartments have been developed within the multi-awarded Navarino Dunes area, where owners will enjoy exclusive benefits and privileged access to all resort services, sports facilities, golf courses and dining experiences of the 5 star hotels.
Following the major redevelopment programme to create a luxury, year-round destination, as part of the team from Quinn PR, Fiona manages the PR and communications for the emerging prime Swiss alpine resort, Andermatt.

The growing facilities available to owners of the state of the art residences include an award-winning championship golf course, concert hall, premium hotel options with leisure and spa facilities and growing reputation as a culinary hub with four Michelin starred restaurants.
